What We Collect and Why
We verify every account through Sumsub using a three-step process applied at registration and during certain transactions. This typically requires a government ID — passport, ID card or driving licence — with all corners visible, a selfie holding that ID, and a handwritten note with 6 random numbers. Only name, date of birth, nationality, gender and photo are required unless additional detail is needed.
Address and Source of Funds
Proof of address is first checked electronically against two databases; if that fails, we request a utility bill, government letter or bank statement dated within 3 months. Where requested, source-of-funds checks may draw on employment documents, business ownership records, inheritance or investment paperwork.
For crypto activity we use Elliptic blockchain analytics, and all customers are screened for PEP status, adverse media and sanctions exposure against UN, OFAC and EU lists, with enhanced due diligence applied to higher-risk accounts.
Monitoring, Compliance and Account Security
Transactions are reviewed through three tiers of monitoring: automated AI checks, employee review and manual audits. Our wider anti-money-laundering framework follows EU 6AMLD, Regulation (EU) 2015/847, FATF recommendations, GDPR and Anjouan AML law, supported by an annual enterprise-wide risk assessment and annual staff training.
Account access itself is protected with 128-bit SSL encryption, and signing in securely is covered in more detail on our account login page. Because third-party game data runs on providers' own servers, personal account information is kept separate from gameplay data at the game level.
